M. Braude - Gifts of Afriica cc welcomes designs from its clients, prospective designers, amateur designers, hobbyiftsists, or even if you just want to assist in creating work for the crafters from the rural areas.

M. Braude - Gifts of Africa cc will pay you the designer 15% commission on all sales of items designed by you.

Terms and Conditions

-         Commission on sales of items is payable on the 5th day of each month following receipt of payment for the sale of the item/s item/s

-         Commission is calculated on gross sales value of item

-         no commission is paid on any payments that are defaulted by the customer

-         copyright of design of product vests with the designer.

-          M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc does not guarantee protection of intellectual property or copyright of the designer.

-         The designer purports design to be his/ her original idea and intellectual property and guarantees that the product is not copied from other craft companies or any other company of any nature.

-         M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc reserves the right to refuse production of craft design submitted for production for whatever reason

-         No recourse against M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc will be accepted, should it be found that the product is a copy from another company

-         M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc reserves the right to confirm the origin of the design, before accepting right to produce item

-         M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc does not guarantee that the product is original and acts in goods faith upon the designer’s information provided.

-         The designer will be required to submit a signed acknowledgement as to the design origin of the item and confirm that it is not a copy before item will be accepted for production.

-         The standard trading terms and conditions of M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc pertain to Design a Craft and the designer is deemed to have read and understood these terms, which are available on the website of M. Braude – Gifts of Africa cc , www.giftsofafrica.co.za, on the wholesale pricelist or upon request.
