Returns Policy

Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, please notify us with your reason within 14 days of receipt of the product. Arrangements will then be made for replacement or refund. Replacement or refund will only occur after receipt of the returned product.

Shipping costs are for your account.

All goods returned must be sent with the post office, insured and with a tracking number.

Damaged or Defective Products

Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 14 days ( fourteen ) of receipt of order, stating reason and how damaged. Damaged goods may only be returned on confirmation of acceptance from M. Braude – Gifts of Africa. An authorisation number will be supplied ( where applicable ) which must be noted on the debit note. Credit will only be passed upon receipt of damaged goods by M. Braude – Gifts of Africa.

- Should the parcel or seal be broken upon receipt at post office or couriers service, please note this and check goods in front of delivery person.

We will advise whether damaged goods must be returned and if so, then the product must be posted with the post office insured and with a tracking number.

 We may request a photo of the damaged or defective product be emailed to us.
