South African Orders

All goods are posted insured post with the South African Post office for local orders at the prevailing rate of postage.

Courier services are available upon request.

Unless otherwise requested, all goods are posted airmail insured with the South African post office at the prevailing rate of postage.

All postage charges quoted on the website are estimates and is subject to confirmation upon order placement or packaging of order.

Expedited Mail Service ( EMS ) - door delivery option with the Post Office.  Available for larger orders.

Surface mail is also available with the Post Office.

Courier services are also available upon request.

Certain countries may not accept insured parcels such as Germany. For such countries the goods will be posted by registered mail and postage will be at your risk and no claims for non-delivery or loss will be accepted.

All Orders

Production time of goods begins from receipt of payment.

Production time varies, depending on product type and quantity, ordered. You will be notified of expected production time, upon order or payment receipt.

Unless otherwise stated, goods may be shipped within 7 days upto a minimum of 1 month after receipt of payment.
