In order to qualify for this opportunity, please read the terms and conditions as follows:

- The product must be made by the crafter/s themselves or their family members

- The crafter/s is responsible for all orders received by the customer.

- The crafter/s is responsible for delivery of all orders received. Should you, the crafter, require any assistance with delivery or packaging of the order, M. Braude - Gifts of Africa cc will do so at a fee.

- The crafter/s is responsible for all payment arrangements. Should the crafter/s require the assistance of M. Braude - Gifts of Africa cc to facilitate processing of payment receipts, we shall assist at a fee.

- You the crafter, hereby, gurantee, that you are the producer of the items that you wish to list and you certify that you have not copied these items or obtained them by any unlawful means.

- All items ordered from these crafters as listed on this page are done entirely at your, the customer's, risk. No recourse for poor workmanship, non-delivery or late delivery of order/s, inferior quality of product/s, breakages, late delivery, or any loss occurred by you, the customer, will be entertained against  M.
